1. There are no refunds for memberships paid ahead of time. I understand my discounted membership I am paying for right now will be applied to my current membership January 1st of next year.

2. After my prepaid membership has expired my account will return to the auto-renewing monthly membership that I am signed up for. IMPORTANT: If you know you will be ending your membership after your prepaid membership is used, make sure to only purchase until a month before your last. Your last month will return to your current membership price that you are signed up for.

3. All memberships require 31 days written notice. This excludes the prepaid months I am paying for today as I am buying them in advance. If I choose to end my membership the 31 days notice will take place at the end of the prepaid months, making the month following my last full paying month my last paying month. If I try and end my membership early and want a refund there will be a cancellation fee equal to one month’s membership, plus every discounted month before my 31 days notice, including the month the notice was given and my last paying month (the month after notice) will be for the standard rate of $199 per month, not the discounted rate I am paying for today. Your balance will be prorated from the day you end your membership early. NO EXCEPTIONS.

4. I understand and agree to the Membership Policies and have read the FAQ regarding our rules, payments, cancellations, holds, etc.

5. By paying, I agree and confirm that I am 18 years or older and if I am not the student who this membership is for, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the above student.
